摘要:The purpose of this research was to analyze the administrative management of the teacher director in terms of planning, organization and direction. It is about a field research of descriptive character in which a dichotomous questionnaire was applied in order to obtain the information. The instrument used was validated through the technique of experts’ opinion, and its reliability was determined by applying the Kuder-Richardson formula (K-R20) resulting in high reliability 0.90. The results revealed that the teacher director’s administrative management in terms of planning, organization and direction is not performed efficiently; this fact affects the institution and all the actors involved in it.
