  • 摘要:This essay broach about a teachers’ qualification process that is linked to an Institutional Program, which happens at the Paraná Federal University and at others State Universities that have a partnership with the State Education Secretariat. Its objective is to question how the basic school teachers evaluate their continued formative education dislocated of their contexts. This is made by analyzing data from an evaluation instrument applied to the teachers participants that emphasizes criterions to evaluate the courses received by them in this formation, indicating the image of a professional collective. The influence between a medium and the other, university and school, is reflected, when these teachers try to differentiate themselves, individualize themselves by the study and the research of their own practice. The theorization utilizes the Deleuze’s perspective of the difference, dialoging with others authors, in the effort to make explicit at this teachers’ qualification, a practice institutionalized at school that clamor for new meanings.
