摘要:This paper focuses on violence against women, which has taken a growing public visibility in Argentina. Its greatest abomination has a regional story in Ciudad Juarez. There, a fi ction of peace violence is exhibited obscenely (Žižek, 2004). This paper aims to change these questions, contextualizing and asking about the phenomenon related to “long patriarchal history”, based on related studies, in order to understand naturalization and legitimization of violence against women, it explores its symbolic effi cacy. In this way it responds well to think to memory policies for femicide, in the proposal entitled “A third feminist from the south”.
