摘要:This paper focuses on the importance of studies about organizational communication emphasizing on language and discourses within the organizations. This paper aims to understand the dynamic of subjective-symbolic construction, which allows having consensus and establishing differences between individuals. It rescues gender perspective as a category of trans-disciplinary analysis, which shows the symbolic order and power relationship established between men and women expressed in a particular language. It preserves the importance of studying elements of organizational communication, such as rites and rituals, as well as its relationship to the social symbolic order in which the discourse unfolds.
