摘要:This article is the result of diagnostic research that took place beginning in 2011, related to the curricular practice with bachelor’s degrees in languages in Colombia, and the schools that offer English as a foreign language articularly. It was established by decree 1295 of 2010 in relation with licensed trainers. In this paper strategies proposed by the Ministry of National Education are exposed, and it concludes with a contribution based on the authors’ point of view.
