摘要:The process of decision making is a core subject, particularly adept at modifying managerial neuromanagerial behaviour. Neuroeconomics is a new scientific field involved in decision-making analysis interested by brain activity in course of goal oriented actions. What is it you want to accomplish. Can we identify an empirical criterion for decision making during informed consent. Can we replace the principled notion of 'conversant consent' by psychological and neural processes underlying decision making. How would a naturalistic account of informed consent appear. Finally, question of mind – brain relationship needs to be investigated. Strangely enough, many decision makers collect a bunch of alternatives and then ask, 'Which should I choose.' without thinking first of what their goals are, what overall objective they want to achieve(These are the possibilities one has to ch oose from. Alternatives can be identified (that is, searched for and located) or even developed (created where they did not previously exist). Merely searching for pre-existing alternatives will result in less effective decision making). A component of goal identification should be included in every instance of decision analysis
