  • 摘要:In today's business environment there are no guarantees. Experts predict that the ability to engage and retain valuable employees has a significant impact on an organization's bottom line. The question for management is how to ensure that the supervisors interact with individuals to generate an engaged workforce. Employees are the biggest investment and should bring the greatest reward; in fact many organizations view their employees as an asset to be managed effectively. Long-term engagement starts with good communication between employer and employees as well as among co-workers, fostering a positive working environment. On the contrary, it is important that the employee in the organization should also portrait their commitment, loyalty and passion towards their jobs. The combination of effective engagement from management' send and passion for job from employees is the ideal combo that carves the path for success for any organization. employee's passion .The present research paper focuses on bringing out the effective elements in engagement practices that supports an employee and increase his or her passion towards their work
