摘要：El objetivo del presente trabajo es valorar las perspectivas jurídicasde la cooperativa ante la restructuración del modelo económico socialistacubano. Para ello se comienza analizando el pensamiento de los clásicos delmarxismo en torno a las cooperativas, a fin de ponderar lecciones que poseenplena vigencia. En un segundo momento se valoran los rasgos comunes de larelación Estado-Derecho-cooperativa en los modelos apegados —como el cubano—al socialismo clásico o real. Se concluye con comentarios constructivosa los Lineamientos políticos que guiarán la ampliación y renovación legal delsector cooperativo en Cuba.
其他摘要：The aim of this study is to assess the legal perspectives of thecooperative in the restructuring of the Cuban socialist economic model. Forthis purpose it will start with analyzing the thought of the classics of Marxismaround cooperatives, to ponder lessons that have full effect. In a second partit will value the common features of the relation State-law-and cooperative in the models attached —as the Cuban— to socialism real or classic. It concludes with constructive comments to the political Guidelines that will guide the expansion and legal renewal of the cooperative sector in Cuba
