摘要：Se valoran el papel del Derecho en el origen y desarrollo delcooperativismo, y las actuales tendencias de la cooperativa como figura jurídica,a fin de destacar los riesgos que enfrenta la esencia revolucionaria del movimiento.Sobre esta base, se analizan los antecedentes y la actual regulación jurídico-constitucional de la cooperativa en la Constitución socialista cubana, dondesu reconocimiento expreso se ha limitado al sector agropecuario de la economía;pero pese a ello, se concluye argumentando la pertinencia histórica y constitucionalde su instrumentación en otros sectores de la economía nacional
其他摘要：The paper of Law in the origin and the development of the cooperativismand the current tendencies of the co-operative as a juridical figureare valued in the article, in order to analyze the risks that the revolutionary essence of the movement faces. According to that the article analyzes the antecedents and the current juridical regulation of the co-operative in the Cuban Socialist Constitutional, in which the literal recognition of this figure is limited to the agricultural sector of the economy; in spite of it, the article concludes arguing the historical and constitutional pertinence of their instrumentation in other sectors of the national economy
