摘要：Inicialmente se trata acerca de la estructura del Mercosur destacandola naturaleza intergubernamental de sus órganos, tal como fuera establecidopor el tratado fundacional y los protocolos posteriores, a diferencia de lo quesucede en la Unión Europea. A continuación se hace referencia a la presencia delmovimiento cooperativo en el proceso de integración, especialmente en el ForoConsultivo Económico y Social que promovió la constitución de la Reunión Especializadade Cooperativas del Mercosur. Este órgano viene cumpliendo una importantelabor en el ámbito regional, dentro de la cual resulta especialmente importante laelaboración del proyecto de Estatuto de las Cooperativas del Mercosur destinado aser incorporado a la legislación cooperativa de los Estados Partes. La parte final estádedicada a realizar un análisis general y particular de las disposiciones que conformanel Estatuto, recientemente aprobado por el Parlamento del Mercosur con mirasa facilitar la constitución de cooperativas transfronterizas en el ámbito regional
其他摘要：The article begins referring to the structure of the Mercosur pointingout the «intergovernmental» nature of its organs according to the prescriptionsof the founding Asuncion Treaty and later protocols. That situation is different fromwhat happens in the EU. Next, the article deals with the participation of the co-operativemovement in the regional integration process particularly in the Economicand Social Consultative Forum which promoted the constitution of the SpecializedMeeting of Co-operatives of the Mercosur. This organ has been performing an importanttask in the region deserving special mention the elaboration of the projectof the Statute of the Mercosur Co-operatives intended to be adopted by the nationalParliaments of the member States as part of their co-operative legislation. Finally,an analysis is made both of the general aspects and particular norms of theStatute which was recently passed by the Mercosur Parliament with the aim to facilitatethe constitution of transnational co-operatives within the region
