摘要：The article considers ways and analyzes dynamics of the recovery process ofthe Kharkiv healthcare. The author found that namely during the considered perioda long-term problem of uneven zoning of the Kharkiv medical network emerged.It happened because of a placement of medical facilities in adapted buildings andcasual places and due to the fixation of such irrational and awkward conditionby a rapid growth of the urban population. On the base of specific examples theauthor shows general features of the post-war recovery in Soviet Ukraine suchas mass and mobilizing character of measures for the city reconstruction; attemptof authorities not only use and encourage a voluntary work of city residents in arebuilding health facilities, but also make it mandatory; free initiative of the Kharkiv residents in a reconstruction of medical institutions
其他摘要：В статье анализируются данные об ущербе, нанесённом немецкими ок-купантами медицинской сети Харькова, динамику восстановления лечебныхзаведений, условия предоставления медицинской помощи в первые послевоен-ные годы, методы восстановления. В результате на конкретных примерахудалось определить общереспубликанские черты восстановления медицин-ской отрасли.
