摘要：Current economic crisis has hit the Czech economy in a less severe way compared with other economies, butthere have been affected employees who have lost their jobs as well as those who have remained employed buttheir wages have been reduced. The main aim of this paper is to discuss the possibility of wider use of linkedemployer-employee microdata from the Average Earnings Information System (the Czech Structure of EarningsSurvey) in order to be able to identify comprehensive and more informative labour market indicatorscompared with the generally known basic set of indicators. With data on job flows and employee flows fromthe data source mentioned above, we show that the economic crisis has probably taken some effect in theeconomic subjects classified into our sample. Furthermore, we show that jobs in some industries have beendestroyed more frequently than jobs in the others.
