摘要:The objective this paper is to analyze how the workers from Record Planejamento e Contruções company understand the quality life at work. The support of research was the Humanization Program of the company and the literature revew. The study was descriptive and quantitative. The data was collected by questionary with structured questions. The results show that workers are satisfied with all aspects identified by researchers and they claim that all criteria have beeing observed by organization. The workers from administrative sector indicated two points that need more attention by Record: communication and conflicts solution. The other points had positive anwers. It shows the nice image of company refer to quality of life by workers perception.
