摘要：This study aims to present the objectives and structure of the Brazilian System of Competitive Defense and to analyze the main arguments that support CADEs decisions about anticompetitive conducts of predatory prices from 2003 to 2007. The administrative processes and preliminary verification of predatory prices have been blocked by arguments that included information about the market, its definition, market power verification and the non-existence of entry barriers.
