摘要：The present article carries out a reflexive work that began while carrying out the thesis presented by the author (Said, 2006) in the PhD program “Technology, structures and treatment of the information” of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Starting from this work it has advanced into IKS referring to the information and knowledge society, digitalization, telematic and has also proposed a term that is expected to be received with interest by the academic and professional community related to the topic dealt with in these lines: communicative maps, which will be presented in this article with the aim of contributing to the generation of proposals leading to solutions on how to face the communicative challenges posed by the particular socio-cultural, political and economical realities of our societies.
