摘要:The purpose of this study was to investigate possible associations between positive academic experiences and the subjective well-being of university students, as well as the relationships among academic experiences and personality factors. More specifically, it was assessed the contribution of academic experiences to the prediction of subjective well-being after controlling for the effects of personality. Participants were 227 college students (59% women and 41% men). The instruments used were a questionnaire to evaluate academic experiences, reduced adjective markers of personality, the satisfaction with life scale, and the positive and negative affect scale. Results showed that personality is the best predictor of subjective well-being. However, significant correlations between academic experiences and subjective well-being were also observed.
