摘要：This work aims to present results of a bibliometric analysis of articles that cited the grounded theory in one of the main vehicles for the dissemination of academic production management inBrazil: the annals of the National Meeting of Postgraduate Programs in Management from the years 1997 and 2014. Additionally, we sought to conduct a critical analysis of 54 articles found. The results seem to indicate that grounded theory in management studies inBraziltransits, in general, in the process characterized by the plurality of strands, misuse, approaches superficial and mistaken understandings.
