摘要：The technological parks have emerged as an important stimulus initiative to new technology based firm (NTBF’s) because of its strong proximity to other companies and educational and research institutions. In this context, the relevant inquiry is to understand the competitive performance of NTBF’s located in technology parks. Thus, this research aims to identify the main factors of business competitiveness of NTBF’s installed in a technology park, and analyze the contributions of the park to the established firms. The survey research strategy is the case study, for this were interviewed two companies located in Tecnopuc. It was identified as the most important competitiveness factors for the firm A: strategy and management, qualification of human resources and productive and technological capabilities. For firm B the most important factors were the qualification of human resources, research and development, and strategy and management. Finally, based on the analysis of competitive factors, the study proposes a conceptual framework for analysis of the business competitiveness factors in NTBF’s.
