摘要：Atualmente, é possível verificar um aumento de artigos acadêmicos sobre o fenômeno do tempo no campo dos Estudos Organizacionais em nível internacional, desenvolvendo análises com a mudança organizacional. As pesquisas sobre o tema vêm sendo associadas à improvisação organizacional e entre elas figuram as que propõem novos formatos e modelos para as organizações. Este artigo pretende verificar como as perspectivas dos tempos linear e cíclico estão presentes na improvisação organizacional, que se apresenta como novo formato de representação do tempo na organização. O artigo foi estruturado nos seguintes segmentos: a introdução ao tema; os conceitos das perspectivas dos tempos linear e cíclico; a definição de improvisação organizacional e a identificação das relações existentes entre as duas perspectivas dos tempos e a improvisação organizacional; as considerações finais.
其他摘要：Nowadays, it is possible to verify an increase of academic articles about the phenomenon of time on Organizations Studies field which has close relation to change management in organization. Recently, investigations about time are associated to organizational improvisation and some of these researches offer organizational formats and models. This article aims to verify how cyclical and linear perspectives of time are present in organizational improvisation. Therefore, this article was structured in the following segments: the first is an introduction, the second deals with some conceptual aspects of cyclical and linear perspectives of time; the third describes organizational improvisational conceptual frames; the fourth presents a description of the relations between cyclical and linear perspectives of time and organizational improvisational conceptual frames; and the fith presents the final considerations.
