摘要：Este artigo propõe como questão uma nova visão do uso da tecnologia nas organizações. Orientasse por uma cosmovisão quântica quanto à participação dos envolvidos nas mudanças, na qual a abordagem sistêmica e a gestão do conhecimento são pontos fortes para alavancagem da evolução do homem. Entretanto, isso somente será possível diante de um processo profundo de transformação interior do ser humano.
