摘要：O artigo descreve como a comunicação incide sobre alguns dos aspectos mais salientes da colaboração intersectorial e multiprofissional, no que se refere a crian-ças com Necessidades Especiais (Necessidades em Saúde Especiais e/ou Necessidades Educativas Especiais), bem como pretende compreender e analisar a forma como esta situação é vivenciada pelos profissionais intervenientes. ABSTRACT – The main goal of this study is to describe some of the most evident as-pects of inter-sectorial and multi-professional collaboration concerning children with Special Needs related with Health or Education), as well as try to understand the way how this situation is experimented by the professionals involved.
