摘要：This paper provides a systematic and comprehensive interpretation of the meaning and legitimacy of the concepts of need (Bedürfnis), interest (Interesse), hope (Hoffnung) and belief (Glaube) of pure reason according to Kantian philosophy. This analysis is directly related to the discussion about the nature of pure practical reason, the legitimacy of the concept of highest good and the architectural unity of reason. It is argued that both the concepts of need and interest, as well as those of belief and hope possess transcendental legitimacy and are in accordance with the foundation of critical philosophy.
