摘要:Subject of this study is partially ionized, one-temperature argonplasma. Properties of plasma with conditions from range: temperature 10 4 < K < 2 * 10 4 and pressure 10 4 Pa < 10 5 Pa were investigated. In these conditions the electron distribution function is Maxwellian. Influence of nonelastic electron-atom and electron-ion collisions and radiative processes (ionizational nonequilibrium) on the plasma parameters: composition and frequency of collisions electrons with all components of plasma were analyzed. Departures from the Saha and Boltzmann equations for these plasmas were found. Electron transport coefficients of the ionizational nonequilibrium argon plasma was calculated. Direction of further research was indicated.
