摘要：The social network of Facebook has its own advantages, such as openness, interactivity and timeliness, which provide an opportunity for the reform of English teaching model. According to the theory of constructivism, an English teaching model was constructed in the Facebook environment, including context, collaboration, conversation and meaning construction. Based on the qualitative and quantitative data, it is found that the teaching model is effective in promoting learners’ comprehensive language application ability and enhancing their subjectivity and enthusiasm in English learning.
