摘要:This work aims to fill a gap in the organizational learning literature: the models of learning organizations are not always associated with organizational learning. This paper presents a learning organization model in which the constructs are likening organizational learning and learning organization. The model takes a fundamental basis on the development of learning environments through organizational leadership, and it is based on four properties: leadership, learning culture, learning of individuals in organizations and organizational learning facilitators.
