摘要:This article covers the issue on the practical effectiveness of the role of designer in the field of information media. In order to provide an empirical character it was conducted a field survey of sixty-one professionals of that area, and the literature review. The lack of rigidity on the sample design was due to the fact that no claims of generalizability. Aiming at the fluidity of reasoning proposed text has been arranged as follows, first talked about what it is about information and relevant information, the following was contextualized media and some considerations about the design of information and information about the designer as well as a brief account of the merits of this specialty. Following the methodology adopted were reported, the result of literature review and research with professionals and ultimately the considerations arising from this set of procedures that indicate mainly a lack of cohesion between the reality of the labor market and the proposed academy in to the role of information in the designer market.
