摘要：Extracts from interviews with various members of the legal community, and with two ex-prisoners and their partners, are used to argue that judicial accounts of events can be understood as narratives that construct Justice as credible, impartial and objective, while silencing opposing accounts. This paper analyses the discourse of the legal community on the one hand, and, on the other, critical voices that offer a new emancipatory discourse of Justice.
