摘要：Normal 0 21 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 O presente artigo trata de uma pesquisa que teve por finalidade conhecer e compreender os valores referentes à Instituição Jurídica que se fazem presentes no discurso dos policiais civis entrevistados. Para tanto, os entrevistados responderam a um questionário sociodemográfico e a uma entrevista semiestruturada. Foram entrevistados três policiais civis, todos do sexo masculino, atuantes em uma delegacia do interior do Paraná. Para o tratamento das entrevistas utilizou-se a análise de conteúdo que permitiu a categorização das mesmas. A partir delas foi possível perceber que os participantes apresentaram, predominantemente, um discurso instituído a respeito das situações pertinentes à sua prática, referenciando-se na legislação penal para responder às questões. Abstract: The present article is about a research which had as finality get to know and understand the values concerning for the Legal Institution that is present in the discourse of civil policemen interviewed. For that, the interviewed people answered a sociodemographic questionnaire and a semi-structured interview. Three civil policemen were interviewed, all male, working at a police station in Paraná. For the treatment of the interviews was used the content analysis, which allowed the categorization of them. From that, it was revealed that the participants had predominantly an instituted speech about situations relevant to their practice, referring to the criminal law to answer the questions.
