Tomando como referência a Doutrina da Proteção Integral – eixo central do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente – analisou-se a necessidade pedagógica recomendada quando do atendimento socioeducativo, bem como os elementos constitutivos de uma prática pedagógica, levando-se em consideração serem os adolescentes sujeitos de direitos em peculiar condição de desenvolvimento. Abstract: This article aims to present considerations about the importance and possibility of promoting the protection of the adolescents in conflict with the law on implementing socio-educational measures. Taking as reference the Doctrine of Integral Protection – which is the central axis of the Statute of Children and Teenagers – the pedagogical necessity recommended in the moment of the socioeducational attendance was analyzed, as well as the elements of a pedagogical practice, considering the fact that adolescents have subject rights in their peculiar condition of development.
