Para discutir essa hipótese refiro-me, num primeiro momento, à filosofia da muralha (lógica soberana-nacional). Esta lógica diferencia negativamente o eu do outro , o cidadão nacional do estrangeiro. Num segundo momento exponho certas bases conceituais de uma lógica/filosofia oposta àquela, qual seja: a filosofia universal-cosmopolita . Faço portanto, considerações sobre essas duas lógicas (ambas dotadas de larga tradição no pensamento político ocidental) e busco mostrar como o “imigrante” pode representar e fazer aflorar um cosmopolitismo utópico que visualiza e defende um mundo sem fronteiras. Abstract: This article intends to discuss the following issues: the migration phenomenon and specifically the idea that the migrants bring with them a subversive sparkle that challenges the territorial sovereignty paradigm. To discuss this hypothesis, our research initially refers to the philosophy of the wall (national-sovereignty). This logic distinguishes, in a negative way, the I from the Other , i.e.,the national citizen from the foreigner. At a second moment, we seek to expose certain conceptual basis of a logic/philosophy opposed to the philosophy of the wall , that is, the universal-cosmopolitan philosophy . Finally, these two logics (both of them with a large tradition in Western political thought) are examined in an attempt to show how “migrant(s)” can represent and bring forward a utopian cosmopolitanism that hints at and promotes a world without boundaries.
