摘要：Information and knowledge management constitutes a theme that has been extensively discussed in several venues in Brazil, especially in organizations and institutions of higher education. This is a complex discussion involving many aspects of both as it is located at points of intersection between different fields of knowledge, especially, Administration, Computer Science, Information Science and Production Engineering, and by the constraints goals of his theories and practices organizational.
