摘要：In this global world the importance human resource management has acquired in order to sustain productivity and business competitiveness, based mainly on the integration of corporate strategy, human resources, technology, etc., is well known. This communication seeks to highlight the role played by Human Resources Management in the organization for the process of technological upgrading and innovation, establishing a link between business and Human Resources strategies. For this reason a qualitative and quantitative study in Valencia was carried out, highlighting the key components that demonstrate the effective performance.
