摘要:Business ethics and the corporate social responsibility are critical factors in the survival and growth of organizations. They allow us too, to evaluate the pertinence of the existence of certain organizations. This work presents the results of the exploration of the imaginaries about ethics and social responsibility, of a sample of enterprises pertaining to Coremco (Corporación Empresarial Centro Occidente de Bogotá). The exploration is done under the development of a theoretical frame, and the compilation of secondary information. Starting off the theoretical frame, and the revision of information collected in the field work, the variables were defined. These variables allowed the definition of a profile of the ethics and social responsibility of the enterprises of the sample, and the proposal of a management model.
