摘要:The north-american researcher Vannevar Bush and his paper “As we may think” are frequently mentioned when cientists are involved with hypertext studies. In general, researches about new media and new literacies consider Bush the owner of hypertext’s original idea. In this paper, we carefully read and discuss the meanings of the article “As we may think”. Our objective is to clarify some points of the author’s work and discuss the assertion that Bush is the “father” of the hypertext.
