摘要：This essay is about the social entrepreneurship and manages to notice the problems that have been affecting negatively the society and so to cooperate to solve them. Its objective is to demonstrate how social entrepreneurship, based on digital inclusion has been developing into a successful perspective to develop local social actions. As a methodological strategy, a case study in Cooperative Pirambu Digital has been made. It’s located in a suburban area of Fortaleza- CE. Interviews have been applied with pre-determined scripts. Some head offices were interviewed and afterwards we could collect and handle with qualitative data. The research information allowed us to verify that attempts like these work as community transforming agents playing an important role in the information democratization, accepting the use of information technology as a tool of social inclusion. Finally, we suggest that a great movement towards the increasing of measures similar to those should be performed.
