摘要：The teaching of Administration constitutes one of the most relevant aspects of society, and professionals in this discipline play an important role in the application of this function within organizations, generating results for companies and contributing to the richness of nations. The process of learning must coincide with other sciences and practices in order to support the universality of Administration and the importance of its role in society (responsibility of its purpose). As a scientific process, History helps to demonstrate the effects of changes brought about by the actions of leaders in society. This claim does not look to exclude itself from other disciplines, nor from other fields of thought within Administration, in the method of teaching. However it does emphasize the importance of training and preparation of leaders or managers, making use of history to support individuals that have the responsibility or position of running successful organizations.
