摘要:The organizational equilibrium concept is a permanent issue in administrative and organizational literature but it does not have a precise and unique defi nition. Present document researches the theme by using a merely theoretical focus, along with some epistemological issues. It starts both from the language defi nition and its nature sciences origin then getting inside the administrative and organizational theories. At the end, an abstract of concepts as obtained results in a theoretical sense are shown. Many questions arise to support new investigations.
