摘要：This document is part of a research in process, which objective is to analyze the educational, technological and science of politics in the higher education in Latin American countries. The intention was to clarify the differences, similarities and obstacles that teachers and students face for an educational regional integration in the posgraduate education. This are partial solutions and correspond to characteristics of the geographical situation. The PIB and consuming prices national index in each country are some things what would limit the academic mobility and interchange.
