摘要：The relative importance of the productive factors has changed, being crucial that the processes of management of companies consider the knowledge management. in addition, the total quality management bears one narrow relation to the knowledge management, and they are also an important source of competitive advantages. The purpose of this investigation is to analyze how the total quality management and the knowledge acts, both, like creators of the essential competitions so that an organization has important competitive advantages that they favor the increase of his yield in all his levels.
