摘要：It is reinforced the importance of the management to establish a knowledge social network for the research and teaching development. So, it is proposed a management model that involves, as a base, the telematica communication network. Different theoretical positions about telematic and social networks, their implications, and dynamics, but also the issues that intervene in the management are reviewed. It is highlighted the especific elements that would be considered to implement a research and teaching network, in the local, regional and international field.
