摘要：The Globalization, as world-wide phenomenon, has defined new rules of game for the companies, the form to make businesses and coverall the profile and the formation of the directors and managers of the today and the future. Before this great challenge, the administration faculties have understood that they must respond to those mega trends and to be pertinent to those new demands, especially in the form of as they undertake the study and the education of the administration like science. With a horizon to the year 2015 and thanks to prospective; his concepts, his suggestions and tools, we dared to make this study of future, in search of the elements, conditions and strategies that will have to plot the course of the administration faculties, in its way towards the future pertinence and therefore to its sustainability.
