摘要：The following paper tries to evaluate the efficiency of fines in goverment/Public Procurement with the Game Theory Analysis, in three large parts: first, it goes over the present situation using the extensive from of a game; second, a critique to the previous model that used the same method, and third, it makes a proposal for an effective procedure when imposing fines.
