摘要：Zusammenfassung. Die vorliegende Untersuchung zur Belastungssituation von Waldorflehrern basiert auf sechs narrativen Interviews. Mit Hilfe der Methodik der „Grounded Theory“ konnte als zentrale Bedingung für eine positive Bewältigung von Stress und Belastungen die Haltung der Selbstverantwortung identifiziert werden. Diese fördert sowohl die Selbstwirksamkeit als auch das Bewusstmachen eigener Anteile in herausfordernden Situationen. Für die Wirksamkeit von Selbstverantwortung im Umfeld Schule müssen sowohl personale als auch strukturelle Bedingungen gegeben sein. This survey is based on the data of six narrative interviews with Waldorf Teachers using an open design. According to the methods of the “Grounded Theory” a central category could be identified in order to determine the conditions under which teachers are able to cope with stress and workload in a satisfying way. The inner condition of “self-responsibility” yields a positive influence on self-efficacy and the consciousness about the personal involvement in challenging situations. As well personal as structural requirements were found in order to support “self-responsibility” in the macro und micro system of a school.
