摘要：Resumo: A errância na cultura brasileira é um fenômeno complexo e se expressa com maior radicalidade no caso dos andarilhos de estrada: sujeitos que perambulam a pé pelas rodovias do país com um saco às costas onde carregam todos os seus pertences. Esse artigo tem por objetivo refletir sobre a exclusão dos andarilhos de estrada nas políticas públicas de assistência social, tendo como eixo de análise o texto da Resolução 109 publicada no Diário Oficial da União no dia 25 de novembro de 2009 que aprovou a tipificação nacional de serviços socioassistenciais sob a coordenação do Sistema Único de Assistência Social. Abstract: The wandering in brazilian culture it´s a complex phenomenon and can be observed radically in the case of highway wanderers: individuals that walking on foot and without a destination throughout the highways with a sack on the backs where they carry all their meager belongings. This paper aims to reflect about the exclusion of highway wanderers in social assistance public policies whose analysis focus is the text of 109 Resolution published in the Union Official Diary on November 25 th 2009 that approved the national standardization of social assistance services in Brazil under coordination the Social Assistance Unified System.
