摘要:This case study is about a medical cooperative which has sold health plans. In this organization, different interests among cooperate medicals, board of directors and technical managers generated conflicts. The case allows discussions related to social interactions in cooperative organizations, conflicts of interest, and power disputes. Among most interesting elements, it is evident the existence of hegemony in administrative thinking in organization. Resisting to economic logic hegemony, which submits medical to organization structure, there was individual interest of cooperate, that orientates its behavior eventually against cooperative goals.
