  • 摘要:The Corporate University (CU) links the development of the employee in organization's goals acting as a facilitator in the process of learning and personal development and career advancement. At this sense, the following study proposes an analysis of the role of Corporate Universities in business through a study of its implementation process, tools and practices used, using a comparison between the two Universities of companies in the market great concept: a the financial sector and other from the energy sector. To this endare presented concepts of Corporate Education and its importance in the development of competencies and knowledge building followed the examination of learning techniques and the reasons that lead companies to deploy the UC system. This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Were studied in two experiments UC, being a financial company and other energy sector. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews were transcribed and analyzed. In the sequence which show the importance of CUs in the dissemination and practical strategies in line with the challenges of the globalized market and to Laruccia (2011), a set of possibilities for human development and a continuous, increasing and cumulative learning capable of organizing the company to operate in a competitive environment. The CUs bring the seed of education in the future, with constant learning, adaptability and versatility to the demands of the market.
