摘要：The objective of this paper is to advance some comments on model and process validation from a broad point of view and, more specifically, from the point of view of decision making aid. We begin with a discussion of decision making process and then focus on the meaning of decision making aid. Then we discuss the question of process and model validation in general and within the context of decision making aid. The analysis is centered on the relationship between the validity of a decision and the legitimacy of process and models of decision making aid. The main conclusions are related to the different alternatives for knowledge production from the constructivism decision aid point of view as well as the acceptability of the knowledge developed with such basis.
