摘要:The aim of this case study is to analyze the management of the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of an educational public policy - National English Program in Basic Education (PNIEB) of the Department of Public Education of Mexico (SEP) – in network terms, from the school space. The work approach is qualitative. From a theoretical point of view, this study relates to the actor-network theory (ANT). Data were collected through non-participant observation, document analysis and interviews with representatives of the research. At the end, it demonstrates that the SEP makes schools actively participate in the implementation of PNIEB as a management strategy that allows the execution and analysis of the content and methodology of English as a second language program.
