摘要：This study aims to verify the benefits generated by incubators for entrepreneurs, universities and the region where they are installed. We used data from a qualitative research conducted through interviews with entrepreneurs, and a quantitative, conducted through a questionnaire answered by managers of incubators. The results show that in general the incubators, provided limited benefits to the region where they are located, as there is a low number of incubated and graduated projects and, consequently, few jobs, income and taxes are generated. Also for the universities, there are few direct benefits were found. Regarding the impact on entrepreneurs, not all services are offered appropriately, especially those of access to financial capital. In conclusion, it can be said that despite the financial resources invested in incubators, not all are bringing significant benefits to entrepreneurs, universities and region.
