摘要:This research analyzes the level of job satisfaction of employees working in a multinational company machining in the state of Minas Gerais, with reference to the Satisfaction Scale at Work (EST) Siqueira (2008). In terms of methodology, the approach was quantitative and the type of descriptive research, using as a strategy the quantitative case study. The unit of analysis was a machining industry and the observation unit was 63 individuals with expertise in the areas of production and administrative company under study. Data collection took place through a questionnaire and the data were analyzed based on statistical univariate and bivariate. In terms of results, analyzing the five dimensions of job satisfaction was observed an average of 4.09, considering a 7- point scale, which showed 'indifference' of respondents in relation to job satisfaction.
